Day One

Monday 2nd July.

Breakfast: JMS Super Juice
Ok, so i started the day with a glass of hot water and a slice of lemon.. Not great but drinkable.

Then at 9am i made my first juice.. not quite to the letter.. I forgot to put the cucumber in, the Avocado wasn't ripe enough and i hadn't managed to find the spirulina and wheatgrass.
It was nice though! Slightly bitter/tangy but i could definitely have another one. Which i will at 12pm

Only annoying thing is cleaning out the juicer every time you make a juice.. Plus i work 10-6 Tuesday-Saturday so i will have to make a couple of juices to take with me.

Going to pop down to town and buy some spirulina and from the health food store ready for my 12pm Juice :)

12pm:  JMS Super Juice
By now i would normally be on my 2nd/3rd coffee.. I am craving one and have a slight headache but What a difference a bit of Spirulina makes. Gross. I really Struggled to drink this, i tried watering it down but just couldn't get the taste away.. so i guess i will be waiting until 3 for my next juice.

3pm: JMS Super Chute Juice
It says on the wall planner to have a slice of orange after every sip of this one, but it wasn't on the shopping list so sadly I'm having to have this without.. I would suggest having an orange with it..  This one is actually ok, its really refreshing and cleansing.  Got quite a bad headache now.. going cold turkey on coffee is horrid.. but the fact that I'm getting headaches because i haven't had a coffee just proves that it can't be that good for me :(

Ok, so this wasn't as filling as i would have liked.. I made a banana smoothie ( 1 banana and a smidgen of milk ) then put it in the microwave.. i was so cold just wanted something warm and not cucumbery.. this is going to be harder than i thought.

6pm: JMS Turbo Express
I went to the gym for one hour, burnt 100 on the cross trainer, did 80 sit ups, used some of the arm machines and the rower for 10 minutes.
I can't say i enjoyed this.. i drank some of it but had to give up.. i wasn't really hungry so didn't bother me too much.

9pm: JMS Lemon/Ginger Zinger
Don't bother with this! YUK. It was spicy and really not very drinkable.. instead i had some v12. Cheating a little, its a vegetable drink with 12 different veg in it.. really healthy and so yummy compared to everything else i have had so far!

End of day one:
I wasn't really hungry.. i craved food but not because my stomach was rumbling so i guess its true what he says int he book that it is a mental craving.
I have had a really bad headache all day but that is due to my coffee cold turkey symptoms!

Getting Ready

Im always up for a challenge and this certainly is one..  The 7 day juice diet.
My friend recently let slip of this little diet, she has experienced some great results and suggested i tried it. I searched for ages trying to find a blog where someone else has done the diet but couldn't find one so i thought i would make my own one for future master juice dieters!

Straight away i ordered my book online and purchased a juicer

This is the juicer i will be using:
