Monday: 1 hours Pilates (250)

Tuesday: 1 hour Zuma (600)

Wednesday: 1 hour Zumba or Hatha Yoga (300-600)

Thursday: 1 hour Zumba (600)

Friday: 1 hour Swimming (423)

Saturday: OFF

Sunday: 1 hour Zumba (600)



Total hours exercise : 6 hours each week
